		<description><![CDATA[Agreed, I have always found this frustrating. I think allowing for instant replay on certain calls was a big step forward for MLB, but it just isn&#039;t enough. Other leagues allow replays, heck the NHL even has &#039;experts&#039; in Toronto review plays (apparently the only people in Toronto with knowledge of hockey :)- Go Oilers Go!). 

I also think they are underestimating their fan base, we understand that umpires are human. They are going to miss some calls, they are going to make others. If everyone was perfect all the time, fans would have nothing to discuss or complain about while waiting in line for $10 beer. At least give us the chance to make the call ourselves.]]></description>
