		<description><![CDATA[Raising the minimum salary to 40K USD is a good thing as players will no longer have to live on the poverty line. I wonder what effect the limited free agency will have on the solvency and fiscal situation of the teams? Have they lifted any of the restrictions on maximum pay? It would be nice if we could lure a few more good international players to lift the quality of the leagues product without bankrupting them in the process.]]></description>
